To continue to grow our portfolio by acquiring Class B / C under-valued multifamily assets that can be repositioned with a professional property management team and by implementing strategic capital improvements.

The company’s focus is on markets in West Florida with excellent job growth, job diversity and population growth.

Dan Levy + Katie McCarthy

Dan and Katie met and married in Australia, moved to the SF Bay Area together, and then relocated to Saint Petersburg, Florida in 2021. They have been investing in the Tampa / St. Petersburg area since purchasing their first single family rental in 2017. They currently own and operate a portfolio of midterm and longterm multifamily rental properties in the area.

Dan is from Australia, and has dual US citizenship. He is a full time real estate investor and licensed agent and belongs to several local real estate clubs. He is an avid spear fisherman, hunting enthusiast, and conservationist.

Katie is an award winning Creative Leader at Google. She previously held a similar position at Intel, as well as top marketing firms in both the US and Australia.
